An In Ground Wet Nightmare
Our Techs are shown removing in ground up lighting fixtures that have full water intrusion after 20 years of neglected use. Without periodic maintenance of the seals around the glass lens the internal lamp holders, and ballasts completed become a rusty mess that usually requires a full retrofit. We are gutting the internals of the old fixture and reinstalling new LED components to upgrade these fixtures to 2025 standards.
